Qure Whispr (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a communication and automation platform that enables hotels and hospitality businesses to communicate with their guests via messaging channels such as WhatsApp Business.
This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when providing our services.
1. Roles and Responsibilities
Qure Whispr acts as a data processor for messages exchanged between hotels and their guests.
Hotels using Qure Whispr are the data controllers and are responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing guest data, including obtaining any required consents.
2. Data We Process
When guests communicate with a hotel via Qure Whispr, we may process:
- Phone numbers
- Message content
- Message timestamps
- Language and intent classification metadata
- Hotel and conversation identifiers
We do not collect data unrelated to guest–hotel communication.
3. Messaging Channels
Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed through Meta Platforms, Inc.’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta processes message data in accordance with its own privacy policies.
Qure Whispr does not control Meta’s processing of WhatsApp messages.
4. Purpose of Processing
We process message data solely to:
- Deliver guest support and service responses
- Route messages to the appropriate hotel department
- Enable automated replies and AI-assisted responses
- Maintain conversation continuity and audit logs
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
5. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Qure Whispr may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence models, to:
- Classify message intent, urgency, and language
- Generate suggested or automated replies on behalf of hotels
AI processing is limited to the purposes described above.
6. Data Retention
Message data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by applicable law. Retention periods may vary depending on hotel configuration.
7. Subprocessors
Qure Whispr uses trusted subprocessors, which may include:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business Platform)
- Cloud infrastructure providers
- AI service providers
A list of subprocessors may be updated from time to time.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
9. Guest Rights
Guests should direct any data access, correction, or deletion requests to the hotel they communicated with, as the data controller.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
