Understands guest intent and context
A hospitality-trained multilingual model classifies every message across intent, department, urgency, tone, and request lifecycle — question, request, complaint, or reservation — before anything else happens.
Whispr AI
Whispr AI reads every guest message the way a great front-desk agent would: understanding what's being asked, answering from what your hotel actually knows, and recognizing when the right response is action — not words.

Two paths, one intelligence
Whispr AI runs both paths from the same understanding of the message — a grounded reply for questions, an operational workflow for service requests.

Capabilities
A hospitality-trained multilingual model classifies every message across intent, department, urgency, tone, and request lifecycle — question, request, complaint, or reservation — before anything else happens.
Replies draw on your hotel's own knowledge base: uploaded documents plus synced restaurants, menus, spa services, room types, and events. When the knowledge isn't there, Whispr says so instead of inventing prices or hours.
Whispr detects the guest's language and replies in it — English, Turkish, German, Russian, French, Dutch, Spanish, Arabic, and Persian. Short replies like "ok" or a number never accidentally flip the conversation's language.
A cooling problem is not a question — it's work for maintenance. Whispr distinguishes messages that need an answer from messages that need an operational case, and starts the right workflow.
Safety, medical, or security situations — or a guest simply asking for a person — trigger an automatic handover with a staff alert. Your team can also take over any conversation at any moment, which instantly pauses the AI.
Every classification carries a confidence threshold. Below it, Whispr abstains, asks a clarifying question, or escalates — it never guesses a department or books on a hunch.
Trust & control
Autonomy in front of guests demands guardrails. These are engineered into Whispr, not written into a policy document.
Each decision head has its own abstention threshold. A low-confidence department label can't route a case, and a low-confidence match can't confirm a reservation.
The answer engine must cite retrieved hotel knowledge. If the retrieved context doesn't contain the detail, the model is required to say it doesn't know — and the gap is recorded for your team.
When a team member owns a conversation, incoming messages are never handed to the model until staff release it. No AI reply can cross a human one.
If classification fails entirely, the message resolves to a safe, non-mutating outcome: nothing is created, cancelled, or escalated silently.
Bring the messages your front desk answers every day — we'll show you how Whispr understands, answers, and routes them.
