Whispr by Qure Technology

Employee Communication

Make everyday employee communication easier to manage.

Documents, leave, shift questions: employees ask in the chat app they already use, each request reaches the person you assign, and the answer comes back in the same chat. Decisions stay with HR and managers.

Whispr employee channel: an employee asks for an employment letter in chat, the request goes to HR and the outcome is shared in the same chat. The request report beside it lists sample records with category, status, owner and time.

Questions answered

Handbook questions answered from your own handbook.

Shift-swap rules, meal times, staff shuttle hours: the employee gets the answer from the hotel's own employee knowledge, right away, without pinging HR. When a message is a request rather than a question, it becomes one.

Employee · question and request in one chat
What time does the staff shuttle leave after the evening shift?

Employee · WhatsApp

The staff shuttle leaves the main gate at 23:30 and 00:15 after the evening shift.

Whispr · answered from the employee handbook

Thanks. Also, I need an employment letter for the bank by Thursday.

Noted — I've passed your letter request on. You'll hear back here once it's ready.

Requests

Request in, owner assigned, outcome out.

  1. The employee asks in chat

In the messaging app the team already uses. Whispr confirms it has the request — it does not answer for HR or make a decision.

  2. The request reaches its owner

Routed as a tracked request with a category to the team you assign — the hotel's general desk unless you name an HR owner — and visible in the queue until it's handled. A reminder keeps a waiting request from slipping through.

  3. The outcome is shared back

When the owner marks it handled, the employee is told in the same chat — what was decided, and where to collect a document if there is one.

Why it matters

Fewer hallway questions, clearer ownership.

For employees

One place to ask, and a reply that says who has it and when it's done — instead of asking three people.

For HR and managers

A queue instead of an inbox of chat screenshots: every request has a category, an owner and a status.

For operations

The same case machinery your guest requests use — routing, tracking, notifications — applied to the team's own requests.

Plainly

Decisions stay with people.

What Whispr doesn't do

It doesn't approve leave, issue documents or interpret HR policy, and it doesn't promise a response time or escalate to managers on its own. It routes, tracks, reminds and reports back.

How it's packaged

Employee communication is the Employee/HR add-on to the Core package: your staff roster connects to a dedicated employee WhatsApp number, and the employee knowledge base is set up alongside the guest one.

How HR teams use it day to day.
