Connected to the systems that run your hotel.

Whispr reads live hotel data and registers guest requests in connected systems. Here is what is active today, what is on the roadmap, and the coverage we are building toward.

Whispr sits between the hotel's HMS and WhatsApp: guest and stay data come in from the HMS, and requests and restaurant reservations are registered back. In a sample stay the guest is recognised, a request is registered with the room number, a restaurant reservation is registered, a satisfaction check is timed from the stay dates, and a bad-review mention is flagged two days before checkout.

What the HMS connection makes possible

Sample stay · Room 412

  1. Guest recognised

    Mon · 14:02

    A. Weber, Room 412, in-house until Friday — matched from the HMS

  2. Request registered with the room number

    Mon · 14:03

Extra towels → a Housekeeping task for Room 412 in the HMS

  3. Restaurant reservation registered

    Mon · 18:40

    Ocean Grill · tonight 20:30 · 2 adults

  4. Satisfaction check sent

    Tue · 10:00

Timed from the stay dates: night 2 of 4

  5. Bad-review mention flagged

    Wed · 21:15

2 days before checkout · recovery case opened for guest relations

Your hotel data, turned into moments guests notice.

Whispr knows who is staying, in which room and until when. Set up workflows that act on it — from the first message to the last request.

Your HMS shares guest, room, stay-date, VIP and birthday details with Whispr, which uses them for configurable workflows sent on WhatsApp: a first message, check-in and mid-stay messages, birthdays and anniversaries, surveys, VIP guests, room types, honeymoon campaigns and late checkout requests.

Every conversation, connected to action.

Whispr connects guest communication with hotel operations, understanding messages, coordinating the right teams, and keeping everything in one seamless workflow.

WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger — grouped under Qure's Meta Tech Provider status — and Telegram flow into Whispr, which understands each message and routes the work to the right hotel team, such as housekeeping, technical service or guest relations. Booking.com and Expedia are on the roadmap.
